JUNG HAERANG ARCHITECTS (hereinafter ‘the Office’) values your personal information and complies with relevant laws and regulations, including the Personal Information Protection Act. Through this Privacy Policy, the Office informs you of the purposes and methods for which the personal information you provide is used, and the measures taken to protect it.

1. Personal Information Items Collected and Collection Method

• Collected Items: Name, email address, phone number, inquiry and project-related information, attachments (if provided)

• Collection Method: Direct user input through the Contact form on the website or by email

• Consultation, handling inquiries, and providing guidance regarding architectural design and projects

• Securing a smooth communication channel

3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

• In principle, after the purpose of collecting and using personal information is achieved, the information is destroyed without delay.

• However, for consultation history management and follow-up cooperation, the data may be retained for up to 3 years unless a separate destruction request is made by the user. If the user requests deletion, it will be destroyed immediately.

4. Destruction Procedure and Method of Personal Information

• The Office permanently deletes personal information using technical methods that cannot regenerate the data once the purpose is achieved.

5. Entrustment of Personal Information Processing

• The Office entrusts the following processing in order to receive and answer inquiries sent through the website form or by email.

• Formspree, Inc. (United States): receiving, storing, and forwarding inquiry form submissions by email

• Google LLC (United States): receiving and storing inquiry emails (Gmail)

6. Overseas Transfer of Personal Information

• Items transferred: name, phone number, email address, message, attachments (if provided)

• Country, timing, and method: United States, when the inquiry form or an email is sent, via network transmission (the form uses HTTPS encryption)

• Recipients: Formspree, Inc. (team@formspree.io), Google LLC (privacy inquiries: support.google.com/policies/contact/general_privacy_form)

• Purpose and retention: receiving, forwarding, and storing inquiries, kept until the Office deletes them or stops using the service

• How to refuse: if you do not want your information transferred overseas, please contact us by phone (+82 10 5044 6310) instead of the form or email.

7. Rights of Users and How to Exercise Them

• Users can view or modify their registered personal information at any time and request withdrawal of consent (deletion) for the collection and use of personal information. Related requests will be processed without delay by contacting the Data Protection Officer via email.
